PR4 Domain - What to do?

Hi guys,

Last week I bought an expired domain on godaddy, it's a PR4 domain with the keyword "cancer" in it.
Before it expired it was redirecting to a cancer related site which had a PR4, I'm guessing that's where the domain got its PR from (it has 0 backlinks).

So, I bought this domain and I need some advice on what to do with it, should I build a website or should I sell it? Also, would the PR drop after the next update?

It may have been a "fake" PR, especially with 0 backlinks. There are sites where you can check to see if the PR is valid or not. But even if it was valid it may not last long, since PR is PageRank, not DomainRank. If the "page" changes, so too may the PR change.

I would not count on the PR providing value if you sell it, but if you don't really want to develop it you may find a buyer that will take it.

If your goal is to make as much money as possible, then I would develop it, see if you can make money with it, and if not sell it then as a turnkey site. Most cancer topic sites should do well.

Its a fake, the pr points to the cancer site, not yours.
