Be careful with RF. You may lose your domains. I lost 20 to 25 domains with them. Luckily you can do a chargeback for domains up to 6 months after the purchase so I got most of my money back, but I would have rather had the domains. Be careful with RF.

Something fishy going on over there at RF. Don't stick around to find out.

I have had no problems with RegisterFly that wasn't solved within hours
Last count 1100+ names with them.
Pity the same can't be said for Domainsite
Last count 3 Names with them.
The numbers speak for themselves

Just signed up at RegisterFly today, reg'd 8 .info domains, had an AWFUL experience, will not go back! Read my review here. (Still waiting for a reply to my email complaint / request for help, many hours later, after being unable to reach them by phone ....)

I have 100+ domains with them, but I think I might transfer a good number of them away.
My experience with them has been mixed. The prices are good, but the interface is often buggy

I put in a support ticket at RegisterFly 72 hours ago... still waiting for a reply...

tickets/support emails in my experience are very slow or even totally ignored. Phone support always seems to be excellent though. Try calling directly.

I tried calling yesterday afternoon, the phone rang 25 times, nothing.

I tried again last night. It got picked up by their automated system. I spent about 5 minutes on hold (listening to their ads), then got disconnected.

Not only am I unable to redirect my domains ... all my personal info is showing up in whois, even though RF shows that I have ProtectFly on 6 of my 8 domains (and I'm supposed to have it on the other 2 as well).

Urgh.

I would not keep any serious domains with them.
I deal with a vast amount of registras, and they are among the worst IMO.
be careful.

I think the fact that there appears to be no support is very worrying.

EDIT: I just got a reply from "regfly" (the rep who belongs to NP) -- he straightened out my problems beautifully. As long as he is around, I feel much better about RegisterFly.

Same experience here, I had a problem with one of the domains I'm regging there, and my support ticket has been ignored ever since I filed it a couple of days ago. Good thing regfly here is helping me sort out my problem there. :)
