If this really does mean resort or resorts in Portuguese, HOLD ONTO IT! You can get hotel affiliations and develop it into a very nice travel site! I have one tourism related domain and I have people always searching for low air fare or cheap hotels [it's also an IDN!], but do not have time to develop it the exact way I would like to.

I'm not Portuguese so I cant appraise this correctly, but if this is a common way to say it, i'd say its at about low xxx right now, but the value of IDNs grows whenever the # of users of IE6 update their browsers to IE7 rises.
