Referral Sites & Lead Generation

Can someone point me in a direction to learn more info on making money on referral/lead generation sites? (Ex: Sending leads that you collect for people looking for cash loans, etc.) I have a few domains that are perfect for very high paying referral niches but I am a lacking the proper knowledge to go about this correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

You can join Amazon or E bay referral plan show case their products on your domains and get paid for each conversion!

There are several ways earning income with affiliates. But it takes time. Not setting it up but getting traffic and sales

By using autopilot sites you don't have to worry about new content though
