advice Outbounding lead generation and email cleansing

I have multiple geo + service dot com domains in some higher value niches which I am looking to promote.

What experience do people have please for the better lead generation tools out there (particularly interested in email addresses obviously) and availability for email list cleansing.

I am prepared to pay for the services but looking for more affordable solutions, at least until I get a couple more sales under my belt.

I have seen suggested D7 Leadfinder and Debounce - any experience of these or any better ones please?

Helpful suggestions much appreciated.

Personally, I like and currently use: Mozilla Thunderbird (Unlimited email accounts can be added), Apollo (Lead procurement), PipeDrive (Organization, notes and deployment), and Verifalia (eMail deliverability check) the most (simultaneously as a tool set)
