Redesign of one of my sites !! Competition

www.voucherboy.co.uk , needs a redesign, also a new logo

Needs to be coded , prize will be $20-$30

Want it to be quite simple but stylish and have a good nice look to it.

Please show me a quick example so i see what it will be like.

Edit: it doesnt have to be a total new design, it could be exisiting design with like logos, and changed abit. I don't want it be a slow loading coded site, i want it be fast, It could even be an exisitng php template changed abit

yeah works fine now, thats why i mentioned time, could be server reboot that made it inaccessible then.
