Color Requirements : I don't care, as long as it looks good and professional

General Requirements : I would like it to be a professional looking template that is HTML coded where I can make changes if I need to. It would be nice to have a pic or two of students and some money (dollar bills, 20's 100's) I would also like to have at least 5 menu links: Home, Student Loans, Student Loan Consolidation, Student Resources, Links
