Requirements main page:
I would like the design to be like the clean google site. Less is more. Please be aware that there needs to be a place for the adsense banner. If you think another adsense format is better with the design then you can change it.
The designer must deliver me the PSD file (+ fonts used) and the coded (html) version.

Requirements logo: must be a vector image (prefer illustrator format) - The logo needs also be the same as on the main page.

General Requirements :
The site is about Hosting Images. Want to promote it also on photographers and holiday forums to drive more traffic to it.

Both logo and main page are photoshop and fully vector.
Would include .psd of both logo and page.

logo and design are in photoshop. (logo is vector).
it will be xhtml+css valid.
you will get:
psd of the logo
psd of the whole design
index.html (xhtml valid)
style.css (css valid)
/images/ (the images of the page)
