Received offer from domain parked at Sedo.com

Offer = 300 Euros

This is my first offer from Sedo. I've had about 700 domains parked there for the past three months. Not a bad offer, however I've countered at 6,000 Euros as this domain is relevant to one of my core properties in development: IdahoRealEstate.com

I am not in this business for domain resale. I have no desire to sell domains. My intent is to sell businesses, a component of which includes a quality domain name. To invest any time and energy to sell anything for 300 EU does not make sense for me. I am not "losing" 300 EU. I am saving time and energy and adding incremental value to a future business sale.

IYHO, how much incremental value does "IdahoRealEstatePros.com" add to your core business? Is the business, "IdahoRealEstate.com" ... as referenced in your initial post? What is the specifics of the business model ... to develop and then sell / lease the targeted "package" to a Top Producing Real Estate Agent / Broker? :gl: :talk:

I really don't think anyone here - including myself - is intentionally trying to demean you or your domain(s) in any way, IMHO.
