Sedo.com fees for selling domains

I am in the process of potentially selling a domain through Sedo, which I have received an offer on. This name is parked @ Sedo, is a .info but it says if I sell it, Sedo will take $50 instead of 10%, & 10% should be the correct amount charged as per: Price List*-*Sedo.com

I had the 1st starting offer start at $60 before negotiating further, so a $50 fee is a joke if you were to sell the name for $60.

I've emailed Sedo but have yet to receive a reply, after over 12 hours already.

Has anyone else have had this issue with Sedo before?

Their new rules state that it must be both parked, and FIXED price, to qualify for only 10 % commission. In all other cases it is a minimum of $50. I think I have got this right. But someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Btw., are "parking and fixed price" required for listings in theme-based showcases like sedo.com/retail ? I remember a Sedo representative saying something like "to be considered, be sure to have it listed with a fixed price and parked with us" somewhere else, but looking at it, many of the domains included are parked somewhere else (they may belong to some of their "more special" partners, though).

I see. So if you have a name parked @ Sedo & have a price set for the domain but the buyer can make offers below this price, you will get charged the minimum of $50. It's only if the price is set & the buyer can't make a lower offer?

I've got all my domains set with a Price for them in the "My Domains" section of Sedo. How do you change those ones to fixed price? Do you have to fill in the section of "Minimum Offer" to the same as "Price"?

This is where you hope people know how to use WHOIS.
When you park there is a drop down that has different "views" one of them lets you change it to fixed. Problem with fixed is that it's just fixed. There's no "make an offer".

Just above your domain names list in sedo, there is a drop down box, chose update sales settings from the box and then change "make offer" to fixed price.
