I received an email about a domain name of mine Find****.com from a Sedo agent representing a client. He said the client was willing to offer $500 for a quick sale or asked if I had a counter in mind.
The only condition was that the sale would be concluded through SedoMLS Promotion Network with whatever commission rates applying.
That being said, the domain name is perfect for an App that locates **** or an Ecommerce store that sells ****. Both products being billion dollar industries.
I believe the domain name may be worth upwards of $50,000 to the right buyer or $2500-5000 based on comparable sales of similar domains starting with Find. I thought about waiting a couple days to respond with a counter offer, but an initial offer of $500 seems like they are serious to me.
What do you all suggest?
