Hi guys,
I just got an email from a potential buyer on a catchy, brandable, poker related .COM.
It was a simple email saying he saw I owned the name "on GoDaddy" and asked me if it was for sale.
The email came from an AOL address....But interestingly, the .CO.UK version of the name was just registered on July 4th by someone in the UK.
This makes me think the buyer COULD be hiding his identity behind an AOL address, because the chances are slim the co.uk would be registered recently AND I'd get an inquiry at the same time.
The name is GREAT IMO,for a video game, poker site, poker software,or poker TV show.I probably shouldn't reveal it yet.
He didn't even make reference to the fact the domain resolves to a Sedo parked page where he could make an offer..
How should I respond? I look forward to your feedback.
