Today, I have pm to bijusidharth and he have joined devteam.mobi with his domains too. It enhance us to have a bigger success rate than ever.

I will seek to propose to the team to consider to develop the following .mobi first subjected to our current manpower. The .mobi mentioned below covered the whole world.

In my opinion, it would make the most sense to develop one domain that could serve as a portal using a database / directory of property for sale, rent or lease in any part of the world (although language issues are always a concern.) You could always divided it out into separate sites after you figure out the best way to develop the first site.

I registered PropertyListings.mobi for such a portal although only considered using it to reach an English speaking market.

I am interested in seeing how the development of these other property sites succeeds and the monetization if any.

I appreciate you are trying to be helpful, but in this case that advice is not quite accurate. Let me explain what I mean. People often type "s" as the plural form of a noun which is the usage in this case. But as you indicate, "s" is seldom appropriate if the word ending with "ing" is a verb or and adjective.

From Barron's Real Estate Dictionary:
Listing

1. A written engagement Contract between a principal and an Agent authorizing the agent to perform services for the principal involving the latter's property.

2. A record of property for sale by a Broker who has been authorized by the owner to sell.

3. The property so listed.

Example: Abel employs Baker to find a buyer for his home by giving Baker a listing contract. When prospective buyers visit Baker, they will examine the listings in Baker's office. If interested, a prospective buyer may wish to visit the listing.

I agree with fundraiser on this one.
Using the singular "property listing", implies one to be looking for a singular property listing.
Using "property Listings", on the other hand would lead me to believe there were multiple listings on the site...not just 1 :imho:

Another thing to keep in mind with .mobi. It has no history yet. We're all assuming people will be direct typing in url's in mass. I still personally believe that the vast majority of our visitors will be coming from SE's and directories.

I'm also trying to figure out how all of these property type sites will work without the partnership of MLS (here in the states, at least).
