My suggestion for namepros is the addition of a 'rants' counter. I've been on a few good ones from time to time, a rant counter could be a badge of pride, of sorts. Or, a gentle way of suggesting that 'someone' needs a vacation, lol. Rant enough in a post, people can click on the rant counter for you. I like the quotes used in the reputation counter, the admins could have some real fun with a rant counter.
