Quick appraisal site?

Does anyone know of a good (or semi good) appraisal site that gives appraisal certificates?
I have an interested buyer, and we have pretty much reached an agreement, but they are very inexperienced and would like me to provide them with an appraisal (no its not a scam).
I need one of those sites that asks for parameters and gives an appraisal (I know they are worthless, but I need it anyway).

Could anyone provide me with a link?

I need one of those 'official' looking appraisals that some sites give out that look like diplomas etc... I know they are useless but it would help my position now.

yes, I considred that, buts its 7 days for the standard one... and GD really sux, especially in foreign word names.
I was hoping to stumble into one of those sites that ask you to answer a few questions and they then just slap a $ amount on it

Namepros use to be a quick appraisal :imho: I don't know about any of you but I'm finding namepros appraisals to be far and few between. The threads spin off into arguments and the poster never gets an answer. I've had to join another DN forum just to get any feedback on some good names.

I would suggest swiftappraisal.com also. I tend to understate the answers to get a low ball number so I'm not hyping my own hopes.
