Got offer for one of my domain listed on Sedo

Hi Friend,

I got offer from one of domain listed on sedo. I replied and ready for deal but the guy try to scam me. They asked for domain account screenshot and appraisal from unknown site >>>
>>tools.digital-certificates[dot]net/appraisal_order[dot]htm that cost 75 euro.

I know some big name domain appraisal accepted in domain community like godaddy , sedo etc but never listen about this site.

Am i right that this guy try to scam me, any advice much appreciated.

If a buyer asks for an appraisal then it is almost certainly a scam ..... I wonder how many domain sellers are caught out by these tricksters

Scam!
I think the appraisal site is owned or affiliated with the buyer. If your buyer really interested in your domain, ask him to appraisal your domain via the site he recommend by himself.

It happened to me almost every time I registered a new domain. They are scam, just tell them to pay whatever amount they wish to pay and they should go and buy the domain at sedo.com or where you are listing your domains. Cheers
