Question: How can I give a Recently bought domains to the new owner after a Sale?

I ask because after you buy a domain there's usually a 60 day hold before you can transfer the domain.

So my question is: s there a way to be able to still give that domain to it's new owner within that 60 day period?

1 way ican think of is to create different registar accounts for each domain that you buy for the purpose of selling. Then I can just give the buyer that account. Only problem... this is not very efficient.

Is there a better way to do this?

It's called a "push" instead of doing a transfer.

Transferring moves the domain from one registrar company to another. Moving the domain from Godaddy to Namecheap, for example.

A push moves the domain from one account to another at the same registrar. Moving the domain from your account to the buyers account. You can push a domain anytime and don't have to wait 60 days.

Ok thanks, yeah I though I hear about that before... Can I do such a push with any registrar? Or does not every registrar offer this push service?

Also, when I push a domain, does the person I push it to have to pay registry fees again? Or will my my domain be 'pushed' along with the 1 year domain registration that I bought for it?

They all basically do a push, with maybe the exception of Network Solutions, where it's a pull.

there's no fee when doing a push, and the expiration date does not change.
