After I register the new name, can I cancel it?

Hi NP,

I have quick question about cancel the name after registering. If I register new domain name at Godaddy, after that I find that my name is zero value. Can I make the cancelation or refund money back?


I know it is quite stupid question but it is a lot of money.

If I can cancle, how long after I register?

Do a search for "tasting" for more information. There is a system in place to cancel registrations within a 4 day grace period. I believe you have to contact GoDaddy directly, whereas Moniker and Dynadot allow you to do it from your control panel. There is also a mandatory fee associated with this service now.
