Question about WHOIS info

Can someone tell me how to go about changing the Registrant's name in the Whois data of a .com domain ? I was able to change all the contact details except for the registrant's name right at the top of the Whois data while the domains were still in my account. I ask this as I sold some domains and pushed them to the buyers account. The buyer has been able to change all the details to those of his own except the Registrant name which still remains in my name. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

I think the buyer has to contact his registrar to get to the bottom of it.
You have transferred the domain to the buyer and to his account and the buyer changed the contact details as you mentioned. All the details have been changed except for the Registrant name as you say?

It's up to the buyer to fix this issue since it's out of your hands if my conclusions are correct from other posts i have been reading through.

Changing the registrant fields depends on where it's registered and who has
online access to it. If you have no access yet your buyer insists you change
it, then perhaps you can suggest to your buyer to let you in if s/she's really
bugging you needlessly.
