Question about Transferring from another Registrar to GoDaddy

So i bought some .info names from sellers.
These .infos were registered with other registrars.

Now the normal procedure when you want to transfer to Godaddy is followings.

1) The seller sends you Auth Code and unlocks the name
2) You buy transfer with Godaddy select a name and pay
3) Godaddy sends automatically an email to seller mentioning "Transaction ID" and "Security Code"
4) Sellers gives you these 2 codes
5) You enter Transaction ID, Security Code, and Auth Code (all 3) in the process and then you just wait few days for the transfer to be finished



Now i had few cases where the transfer process was in the last phase of transfer process without Godaddy asking me to mention "Transaction ID" and "Security Code" (which was sent to seller). It only asked me for "Auth Code". The status of these names is the same as the other names where i WAS asked for transaction ID and Security Code. Here you can see it. For some of these names i mentioned transaction ID and security code and for some i didn't

Any explanation for this?
I thought that you need to mention Transaction ID and security codes for ALL names transfered to Godaddy. Now for some i wasn't asked for them.

here is an example: (name edited)
This name is now in transfer process, but i wasn't asked for transaction id and security code.
The seller received the Godaddy email and sent me the codes, but Godaddy didn't ask me for them.
