Guys, help!

I have recently backordered domain at Pool.com and finally got it. Now I need to transfer domain to another person/account, but have no idea how to do it.

Tried to call support, but they don't pick up.

Im my pool account it says that domain has been registered at NameScout

Normally you should receive instructions from the registrar that grabbed the domain. I would just wait one day or two :)

contact namescout and have them update the info.

I think on drop names you may have to wait for 2 months before you can transfer it - you should be able to do an internal push to another Pool account set up in the other persons name.

I have'nt used Pool but most places allow this, it may have to be done at namescout ??

Besides the 60 day ICANN transfer block as mentioned

Do a WHOIS lookup to Xcheck relevant info.
Goto namescout, do a password reminder.
This should give you access to your backordered domain.

Unfortunately Pool is not the best in terms of notifications & support ;)
They throw you right after the domain into the pool of registrars :sold:
You are lucky you got namescout as registrar, there are much more funky ones out there. :

Just go go namescout and do a lost username/password request. You'll have to enter your default email address from pool.com.

If not a .com/net, you will also need the auth code. Namescout does not make it easy to find that. As a matter of fact, you won't find it at all in your control panel. You will have to email tech support to send it to you, and allow about 7-10 days for them to reply.
