I have a question about buying dropped PR domains.
If you buy a domain thats been dropped and comes up at say PR3 on the checkers, but isnt indexed anymore, and you immediately put content up, is there any chance of retaining the page rank? Or does the fact that the site is no longer indexed mean that any lingering page rank is doomed to be reset at zero when the site gets re-indexed?
