Yeah. I sold PCLF.com / RNFD.com for $225 recently. (But I did make a decent amount of profit.) The min prices will go up sooner than later. imo

You did mistake. As I noted now quad-premiums started to raise in price unless it have H + G. Yours had no H, G. All these sales in below 250$ had at least H or G, or more usually they have them both and are of considerably poorer quality.

I think prices even increased for quality quad-premiums while for lower-quality quad-premiums prices decreased.

Agree.

Personally, I think it's always better to buy them thinking of potential endusers rather than buying them because a few domainers agree on some arbitrary minimum wholesale and you can get it under that price.

Markets go up and down and we've certainly seen that this year with LLLL.coms... The real winners are always those who end up with names endusers want.

If you can get a nice quad without F,G,H in it under $250, I think you'll do alright short term... That said, I still think it's better to focus on overall domain quality rather than strictly on a letter to letter basis. I continue to believe triple premiums are heavily underpriced and many of these quads heavily overpriced.

Your average LLLL.com should be priced based on it's likelihood of finding an enduser and the estimated payoff from that enduser, something we're still not seeing much of in the LLLL.com market.

Why oh why are domains with G in them so undervalued by domainers? There are some Great words beginning with G like:

Green
Geo
Games
Gambling
Generic
Global
Gallery
Go
Girls

No clue Jo -- they just report lower sales values on average. I'm a math guy but of course one does need to apply reasoning (like you have) and clearly "G" isn't bad in every instance -- much better than F/H, but noticeably lower sales results than stronger letters like A/S/E.

Well it's a darn shame! Thanks for your input. :)
