Established Proxy Topsite for sale - Making $40 a month

I'm looking to sell my proxy topsite, http://www.iproxies.com - Reason being is i need to pay for my server which my other sites are hosted at.

http://www.iproxies.com/ has over 160 members from only being around for 1 and half months.

Please note, i changed servers in mid April so there is no stats before then sorry.

According to Awstas on average i get 336 uniques visitors to the site every day.

I'm getting a few visits from google under the keywords "myspace proxies", "myspace proxy", "unblock myspace" and "myspace unblocker".

It usually makes about $1 a day from adsense since last week when i first added it to the site. I've also sold 2 banners for $10 a month.

The domain iproxies.com is a very unique domain and i think is has quite some value.

Hmm It is going slow, it's on a VPS but i think theres something wrong with the server. For BW i think 15gb a month should do it. BuzzyGuyz, you have the highest bid atm.
