I'm selling http://www.proxyranks.com, it is a simple proxy topsite with a unique logo/header that I made.

It's only been up for 1 month (mid March - mid April) but it's made 45$ from AdSense and 20$ from 2 banner sales (10$ each). So total profits escalate to $60/month.

Yes, there sites wont be ranked if they get rid of the backlink! Theres a setting to delete sites after x days if its not getting hits!

Yep, my topsite at the moment is on manual approval. Meaning I currently approve all sites before I accept them onto the list. Also there is a setting to which you can delete members if they are not showing any page impressions after x amount of days.

I bought this site BIN and paid the seller extra to move the site as he agreed. The site was moved and after about 48 hours my host banned me because the site was hogging the database on a shared server. After talking to my host he gave me a line of code that was causing the errors. Since databases are not my strong point I PM'd the seller here twice and although the PM's were confirmed as received the seller has ignored them.

I got a second opinion and they agreed with my host, the code of the site is a mess and needs to be rewritten. The site was not a turnkey as advertised.

Also as soon as I got the site it made about 1/3 of the Adsense as advertised and the seller refused to give me the names of the people that were buying banners, contacts one would assume would be passed on. One can only assume there were no banner buyers.

Now I paid $300+ for a site that was coded wrong and cannot be hosted and also makes 25% of the amount advertised. The site was hosted by the seller at one point. I offered to work out a solution but no answers. I guess my only answer is to go to Paypal now.

Rezix, this is your last chance to fix this problem. Please contact me with a solution or buy back your defective site that never made what you advertised.
