Proxy Email List 40,000+ Subscribers

I need advice on valuation as I have just acquired the web service and application. I plan to offer advertisement subscriptions integrated within an existing daily email service or plan to rent the database with potential partners. My goal is to have over 100,000 subscribers. But, I have a few questions...

What is the value of a proxy mailing list with more than 40k subscribers? (maybe on a cost per thousand (CPM) basis, etc.) Also, does anyone know the advertisement value that is typically offered for lists of this size?

i have seen such huge lists in the past as well but the email addresses are mostly crap.

i have been building my own list and believe me its not an easy task despite getting 1500+ uniques daily, i have only got 100email addresses

the best way to test your list would be to create a brand new proxy. and then advertise this proxy though this list only and nothing else. you will get to know the exact number of good visitors that your list is able to give u

Thanks for the suggestion. I think I'll incorporate an email validator to activate the subscription. I haven't validated the emails yet, however I get around 20 new requests daily with seemingly 'normal'-looking addresses. But, you never know...
