One thing you can do to insure you have rights to your domain is to include -either on the webpage; parking page or registration info- is a Service Mark℠ -the same as a trademark™ .

Since, in actuality, you are providing a service this is your right.

These are the codes to use:

1. (SM) - if no html code can be entered (like registration pages)

2. &#8480 - this is an html code that can be inserted.

3. ℠ - so is this.

This will legally protect you even further so as which increases the other parties burden.

The only problem is that a parking page is not considered a bona fide service or offereing. You can put anything that you want, but in teh long run, it may not help that much.
