Prospective buyer on "ratethiscamera.com"

I have a guy interested in "ratethiscamera.com" I was hoping I could get an idea of the value of it.

There's a part of me that wants to develop it into an ad revenue generating site, but I'm not sure what to do.

Sell it? (how much)
Keep it? (reviews and user ratings for cameras)

Personally I think it is a tough decision. If I were you, I would sell it only if I could get a really good price for it. But, personally, I see that as a great site if you develop it. It is more of a matter of if you want fast cash, or if you want to hold onto something that has some personal value as well as make money for you over the years.

And/or ideas on how to go about developing it?
