I'm sure one of thems got to be worth more than reg fee right?

Just for the pronounceability bit, i cant see much value in either (except .net).
Maybe .net ~ 100%-150% more than regfee (2x to 3x of regfee).

If you think of the future, you might see the value increasing in the following order:
Net -> Org - > US -> IN

An all good letter CVCV.info might have a little value. Of course, a relevant generic would be very valuable, like: maps.info.

Any alphabet that is not a vowel is a consonant.

I would advise everybody to stay away from brandable non .com domains. They have very very little end user appeal. And that thing is what drive prices up.
