High powered LLLL question.

What are the values for high quality LLLL.net domains. By high quality, I'm not talking about Prime letters, Im talkng about pronouncable word, even showing up in Google.

197,000 google. Taken in .org and .com. Available in .Us and .info.

Would you register the .net over the .us and .info?
Forgive me if this is a silly question I haven't posted
in discussion in quite awhile. Im a little gunshy right

Oh believe me I would, but can't at the present.
What preference order do you suggest Fonz.
Remember the .com is gone. So is .org. Leaving me
with .net, .us, and info. Actually thats the order I like.
