000a.biz is a free Web hosting service with over 2,000 active users. It is currently monetized with CPAlead.com, which requires users to complete a survey paying $1-$40 CPA per completion to signup. Costs to run the service are $80 per month. This covers the software fees, server fees, etc. In return for this flat cost per month, the server management company displays their own ads in the user control panel. I have not measured userpage impressions per day recently, but these were last around 60,000. If you are seriously interested, I will re-measure over 2-3 days and get an updated number for you.
I will include the domains freehostingx.com (you can run a second free host under the same service agreement with the server company at no extra charge), filehostingx.com, and freefileuploads.com in the sale.
