Professional Appraisal Needed

I have received a few inquiries recently on one domain and a initial offer of $xxxx. I have a small portfolio of names but have not had my head in the domain game for a few years. I see there are now a number of businesses using the exact .com domain name I own (not the case when I bought 5-6 years ago). I don't have time to do a thorough appraisal and am a bit rusty. So I'm looking for names of a reputable professional appraisal service.

Recommendations would be appreciated!

None are reliable, because 1) they are all automated or subjective, 2) the domain name value is also subjective. Put 5 values in a hat and pull one out, is about as good as you can get. Sorry if that wasn't very helpful

There are no such trustworthy appraisals imo and my suggestion would be for you to do some researches.
Is your domain an emd? If yes then there are ways of approximating its value.
Is it a brandable? Check if similar names have sold on BB, NR etc.
Does it receive traffic? Clicks? Revenue?
Does it have DA, PA etc? Alexa?
These are all parameters you should consider as a potential leverage for negotiation.
Also, are the companies using the same name big companies or start ups?
