Problem with TDNam - Need help

Two days ago I won the domain in the auction. During today I'm trying to pay by PayPal for it. Every time I want to checkout I have message that I don't have enough funds on my account. But I have money on my account.
I wrote 3 letters to support service but there is no answer.
I have 4 or 5 hours, and after that I can lose my membership in TDNam.
So question:
Could I remove that domain from my shopping card? There is a button “remove”. If I'll remove it - would I have any problems with membership or anything else?

P.S. I had such problem a week ago, but something happened and I did pay for it (it was the same situation).
