Problem with Registerfly

Hi there
I have few domains which I renewed on Feb 22, 2007 using paypal account
Now I see in the my account that the renewal dates for those accounts is not updated and few domains show as expired
I have placed a ticket in registerfly
Is there anything more I can do to speed up the process?

Is it possible to transfer domains from registerfly to Namepros?
Few names would expire today

It is possible to transfer the names to Enom (and NP I presume) if those names are registered under the Enom platform. If the names show registerfly as the registrar then I'm afraid you are stuck :yell:

Yes, you can transfer domains out of Registerfly.
I transfered around 30 domains out of Registerfly last week.
All were succesfully (it took 4-5 days to complete).

You should have received an E-mail from Enom with the list of domains eligible for "repatriation" to Enom. I believe RJ should be able to pull the names into NP for you.

You should have received an E-mail from Enom with the list of domains eligible for "repatriation" to Enom. I believe RJ should be able to pull the names into NP for you.

San, did you get the email from eNom that sdsinc is referring to? If so, there should be a link there to setup an eNom account for the names. Once you have access to manage them at eNom, you can renew or push them into NamePros.

No RJ
I am not able to find those emails
Also, I did not change the whois after I got the names from a seller so I guess those emails were sent to the email mentioned in whois
Is there anything else I can do now??

Oh no. If your email is not listed on the domain WHOIS as the admin contact, you will not be able to access the domains at eNom. Get ahold of the seller and see if he can help you get the domains.
