advice Private domain Registrations or Not

Hey guys,

Like the title says.
Some domains I bought I did not include private registration

Been getting tons of emails concerning them and a few calls up to now. Kind of annoying. Do you guys make each domain private or just ignore all emails or calls selling services?

Ex, Yesterday I got a phone call. The guy sounded like he was definitely based in India etc

Ignore them, you want potential buyers to see your whois information...

Yes, you will get slaughtered with emails and calls from India based entities, and others now days when you reg a new domain. (The joys of the exploding domaining industry.) Just tell them you're not interested, and just delete the emails as spam, which they are. I'd say use privacy if you want privacy or don't want others to know you are the owner of a domain. But if you want to sell your domains, the whois is how you can easily be found for such, so privacy would hinder that.

Just ignore them. If you want to be found when someone whois your domain/s then you don't need privacy protection.

Awesome. Ya i figured it would be nice to have buyers contact me directly. But if i do add privacy, do their "private" emails redirect to the email i registered with? Or is anybody interested in my domain for example completely blocked from contacting me unless I have it for sale from some 3rd party etc?
