Apparently there's not much going on in Australia these days... I mean when you're welcoming the failing president of what is a future 3rd World country.

He's like a freshly painted Ford Model T.

Has a nice veneer and he makes a lot of common sense points but scratch the surface and underneath you have an old rust bucket that's a non starter.

The issue isn't the President - the issue is a systemic failure of true problems to be recognized by the majority of citizens combined with a political party system made up of members who have a diminishing need to care about a common good.

It's complicated. Australia should be happy with what they have right now before they start to see an increase in public jitters in confidence (some pressure on the housing market I've heard)....


But please... donate what you can for our cause....

It would be better to deal with domestic problems, i.e. staying here until US dollar is saved from destruction (by inflation etc).
