I am trying to renew one of my premiums at Enom.tv but I keep getting the error message: Contact Customer Support to Renew this Name. An error occurred during this update.

I don't get this with the regular domains only with premiums. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a quick way to get it sorted out?

A google search returns exactly one result (below) when searching "Contact Customer Support to Renew this Name".

Probably not much help, but that's all I could find on this issue. Hopefully, this problem is not similar to that reported by Kev.

I had the same problem only a few days back but it got sorted after 2,3 Emails to customer support.
I had Belfast.Tv set to Auto Renew on April 1st so never even though about checking as i knew it was on Auto, i logged in on April 3rd so see it was still not renewed and everytime i clicked on 'Add More Years' thne i got the customer support message.

Customer Support told me to update my info and then it would go through, i updated all my contact & bank info but never changed 1 thing from before and then it went through OK.
No idea why its happening, pain in @ss though when you have premiums getting close to expiring and no reminders sent that there is a issue.

I have had renewal reminders on Premiums which you could use your credit card to reg (less than $5k), but no reminders for those above $5k which you can't reg using a credit card (above $5k they require wire transfer).

Belfast.tv is only a $500 yr so it should of been no problem on my credit card so i dont know why it would not work on Auto Renew.
I really started to worry once it had went past the expiry date and everytime i Emailed customer support then my Emails would come back with a anti spam message which made it more of a hassle, meant using my personal Email to send messages & my business Email to receive. :zzz:

They sent me a remined about a month or so ago to tell me it was coming up for renewal and thats when i checked it was on auto renew but no reminders to say "It did not auto renew, please contact customer support..."

SH*T!!! Thats when I would panic particularly a hot name thats underpriced.

... and before any one gets all thingy about Premium pricing, there are names that are underpriced comparative to other Premiums of similar quality ... JMO of course.

That's what I got an anti spam message saying my email had not been delivered! This is crazy, if they want us to renew using customer service then give us a simpler way to do it!!

Does anybody have an email address for their customer service that isn't going to get blocked by the email blocker! Help!!!!

I found trying to Email them using Microsoft Outlook NEVER worked as it was always blocked with the anti spam message so i used a free hotmail account and it worked then.

Lot of hassle though, im just glad its over and i still have my Geo's.

After numerous attempts and returned emails due to spam catcher I opened a ticket with the help centre support:

I am finding it extremely frustrating on figuring out how to renew a premium .tv!
It seems a pretty strange system enom tv(Demand Media) has when it is so difficult to find out who to actually deal with to do this. Maybe you could put a word in to someone there and at least get a premium renewal hotline/email that we can use!

I would like to renew the domain ****.tv which is a $*** premium but I just get the error message: Contact Customer Support to Renew this Name. An error occurred during this update.
I have tried numerous emails but they keep getting returned as spam!!

Could you assist me in completing this transaction?

Thank you for contacting customer support regarding this issue. Premium .tv names can only be auto renewed. So please go ahead and make sure your domain is set to auto renew.
