.tv Enom.tv login problem.

Has anyone else has problems login in at the new Enom.tv account?

They never sent me my new login ID and when I request for a new one, it shows that the new login ID is sent, but it does not arrive.

At this moment I can not get into my account.

Did you receive the new Enom.tv login ID?

I think we are early I think tomorrow the day because that was not up all day and www.tv says check out December 13 to learn about the .tv experience

I had problems like you all few hours before, but for now the password requesting system works, I got my login already.

I accessed the "new page" to try to get my email working, it says click here and we will send you the new log in details - clever that- they are sending it to an account I cannot access in the first place - duh!!

I can't log in to www.enom.tv with the new user ID they sent me. I can log in with my old user ID and password, but it shows I have "0" domains!!! I should have 2.

Cant log in with new user id sent to me (kookies enabled) or old id - becasue my email address which I use for user name is one character too many!!!!!!!!!

I found the answer. But the answer is not sweet.

First, for those who got the user id. Go HERE and type in your email id for www.tv again. This time you will get a password. Use the new password and username, you should be able to get in. Once you are in, you can change the 'my info', but only password not username.

I FOUND THAT ALL MY NAMES DNS HAVE DEFAULTED TO OF ENOM'S, GOING TO HURT MANY MANY PEOPLE.

I can now login so I'm a happy man. Nice to see my premium taiwan.tv for only $50 a year They will probably rectify this soon enough

Yeah, they do not show renewals fees for domains. Which is different for different premium names. When you try to renew a domain, it shows renewal fee as 50$, but then the order does not go through :hi:
