Last year I predicted the premium LLLL.com would go over above $130, with the economy turmoil, it did not turn out to be true.

For 2012,
First prediction 1: although there is this Mayan tradition on 12/12/12 or 12/21/12, I predict that the world will not end, thus your domain business would continue.

Predication 2: chinese will use their excessive money to bump the LLLL.com market overall.

One day some people are going to start backordering them all and they will jump to $60+ but I don't think that it will happen in 2012.

You would miss the point-do you not see know that the thread was created on 1 Jan? It was a prediction for the year. It's the OP's opinion-which he is entitled to. ;)

This thread was created over 7 months to express his views on short domains-which LLLL.COM is.

The only thing any of you can say against this thread at this point in time is that perhaps his predictions were off.

But instead say that it's not about short domains, etc-this doesn't make sense because you waited over 7 months to do it.

Lastly-many will tell you, LLLL.COM is short.

;)

Prediction based on hope? Why bother posting than? Of course the prediction was not going to happen.
If someone has time to make prediction should make at last a few statistics and trends.

LLLL names will never take off I believe. I also think Chinese and Indians go more for Numerical NNNN than LLLL s.

It's fun though. Predictions are never dredged up for review unless the guy predicting happens to get lucky and be right.

LLLLs may take off in the future - or they may not. I don't often look at them, but from what I've seen this year they are getting cheaper - even though Chinese are buying domains heavily.

lately the LLLL.coms at namejet are getting more expensive.
LLL.com is down a little bit lately though.

I predict that most predictions are wrong.
And i can guaranty that my prediction is right :cy:

Seriously, no one can predict anything in this speculative market. Specially with all the economic, financial, euro problem, etc. ups and downs.

Its clear that those people who own a lot of LLLL domains will tell you that they predict that the prices of LLLL domains will go up. Those with LLLs will do the same with LLL prices, Haters will always predict that everything is going down and everything will collapse and everyone will be ruined, dreamers or investors in new TLDs will predict that all new TLDs will be successful and that the time of .com/.net/.org is over, those with only .coms in their portfolio will always tell you that all other extensions are crap,,, etc. etc. etc... Its always the same

Seriously, just relax, don't pay much at the moment and lets see what happens. If there should be a trend, then you can jump on it and make few bucks.

Here's my prediction for LLLL

I predict that the price of LLLL will not go up until I'm done buying a handful of quads.
