PR4 site going out of business

My online business is closing
our site is PR4 with lots of traffic, before i close up shop I want to have a good plan on how to monetize the traffic
what do you suggest?

Depends but

Depends what the site is about but maybe some sort of affiliate program along with some non time specific content on the front pages. Remove the dates in any articles so the site will not look stale in six months.
