What can I do to develop this 15 year old PR4 e-commerce domain?

Hi everyone,

i have a 15 year old PR4 domain which use to be an old e-commerce shopping cart software product website. it was a expired domain that i picked up and have held on it for the past couple of years. I now want to do something with it.

i would love to create the site into a business selling e-commerce shopping cart software but i dont have the time nor the programming skills.

what other ideas could i develop the site into to make it into a viable business or source of income?

please give me your honest suggestions.
