PR 9 Links For Free? Give Up On Digg & Reddit!

Looking for some easy PR 6 - PR 9 links? Digg and Reddit may get the traffic, but it's not easy to get on a high PR ranked page. Chances are unless you can be first with a top story you're gonna be stuck 20-30 pages or more deep at the very least.

On the other hand, Netscape.com typically has PR 8 several pages deep in most categories with articles featured with as few as ONE (!) vote (compared to having to get 1000 or more votes on Digg to get to the top ranked pages).

My advice? Let somebody else Digg for the gold and give some of the other sites like Netscape a try for some high PR links!

Right, i've had good results using netscape. My site pages get's easy crawled by se bots and are ranked well. Results are very quick that they show on google SERP the next day once you check.

Netscape is an authority, with very high trust rank and importance. Having a link there makes google and other SE think that you're site is also special ;)

I've heard of Netscape being used to create people linking to you, but didn't think of using them to get a high PR backlink. Can anyone saw for sure if they use the nofollow tag?

Thank you very much for the tip Dave. I just signed up for a Netscape account and I'm willing to give it a try for a little while to see if I find any changes in traffic to my articles from Google. Great tip, thanks!

Can you please recommend some other great article submission sites like Netscape that aren't so hard to get votes on like Digg?

I think nofollow only matters for Google.

Yahoo doesn't differentiate between do follow and no follow.

Hello..

Yes Netscape use nofollow but it does matter to me because most of my websites has high PR in google and than in Yahoo. So Unless and until the good traffic, PR is nowhere in the run!

I looked in the HTML source of their pages and I don't see the "nofollow" attribute. Nice tip Dave. :tu:
