Getting High Google PR Fast

This is a technique I heard to get a high Google PR Pagerank up very fast, like getting a PR6 in 2 months.

Here is the trick:

Go to yahoo, search for wordpress blogs with high PR and post comments on their news. That will get you a backlink. The more backlinks you get, the higher your PR. Seems easy, ahn?!

This is basicly just spaming their sites, they will get mad, and your comments will be deleted.

It will Never be spam if one post comments in some sort related to the topic.

There are countless creative ways to do that.

Just use your imagination.

easy to say, but it will never happen. my site has a backlink to pr7 and some pr6 and still the site is pr 4. I think you need more high pr with good content.

this method is also consider as spamming, and i think this will not work since most of the wordpress blog now has a tag of 'external nofollow' , which mean it will not follow any link going to other site. You might get a traffic but not pr.

I quite agree with you there. Many blog owners are savvy enough to detect this kind of spam and delete the link all together. #1 is develope good content on your site, no amount of back links will make a bad site good. Just my 2 "sense"

I still do Not understand why some people continue to say it is spam...

Once more, you may only - ONLY - post in blogs RELATED to your site, and many of us have many of them, in several different categories, so there is plenty of opportunity.

Also, this was not an original idea of mine, I read about it and would like to know if it works or not.

Humm.....

So lets assume that you are talking about searching blogs related to our theme of site and then make a good comment on that blog.

Now all that is included in this, is to find a relevant blog and then make a comment on it. You will also be posting same comments on multiple blogs. Right.

Now there is a software and a script for this, which finds blogs related to our given keyword using google API key and posts comments atleast 100 comments every 1 minute. [And this now becomes SPAM]

Plus If I find the same sites from google.com manually and post the comments to them manually and waste 10 hours in posting that 100 comments then half of the people will say it is Not called SPAM. heheehe why because I wasted time doing the same thing that a software could have done easily.

If this is a SPAM technique or not that is an issue which can cover at least 100 pages if a new thread is started about it.

But to see the results I had done this kind of thing in past with one .info domain that I regged for 0.99 :D

And the PR is 1 right now. So not much success with it.

On the other hand I told one friend of mine to build some links for a website which was also started in same time and with similar theme and content. [Similar not same]

And the directory submissions brought PR 4 for that domain name.

Sometimes this technique works for some sites. EX: Another forum which I was doing SEO for got very good weight in SE's due to the blog posting. I was just passing time on DP and was exchanging blog posts with other webmasters and nothing was done not a single backlink except the blog posts and the forum kick-started itself in 1 month.

So now lets see what other people have got in the results.

My personal experience that I would like to share as this thread is for sharing the experiences based on this technique:

I have already done this and the results are not same for all the sites.

You might get lucky in some cases. But if you are really experimenting on this one then try it on some useless domain and stop any other kind of marketing to see the perfect results. Because forum links, directory links might be bringing PR and you might be thinking that blog posting brought it. On the other hand blog posting might be bringing PR and you might think that your forum posting brought the PR.

I think posting on a forum is one thing, as it relates to domaining. Many insiders consider this technique,"comment spam." You are leaving a comment for the expressed purposes of building your page rank right? I can appreciate the wanting to pick up page rank, but for many blog owners including myself we have the option of approving a comment before it ever makes it through.

I had a regular site that had a message board, and before I knew it I had all sorts of people leaving email addresses. I assume it was becuase my site was a page rank 4. When I caught on to it I erased everything, and was more than annoyed.

If you are going to do this be careful to leave comments that are well thought out and relevant to the site. It seems Google will be cracking down more on all kinds of covert practices.

I also used to get 2000 or 2500 comments per day.

And everyday I would Bulk Delete them. So I turned Commenting OFF :D
