PPC-Sites, are people still using them?

Several months ago there were several threads here about PPC-Sites which seems to have faded away. At the time I wanted to buy some of those ready made sites but I didn't have Adsense at the time.

Are people here still using them and if so are you having success with them?

Can you also customize it like WhyPark?
