I use them for three websites. Content indeed is not unique, and I knew that from the start. But their new PHP version allows you to change and add content in a very easy way, even with no knowledge of HTML. Much more control than with WhyPark (and I am an enthusiastic WP customer too, nearly 100 domains there, but it is a different concept, ideal for sites you just want to park with content instead of a boring ads page).
For the price being paid, I feel that PPC-Sites does a decent job, especially if you choose well the template. And they integrate your ads well into the template.
Content was on average well-selected. Duplicates, of course - nothing else can be expected for that price. But most of it well-chosen. And as I already mentioned in another thread, when checking how many duplicates for the article I liked most among the five on front page of one of my websites, I discovered there was only... one other site using it, i.e. the website providing it for free.
So I cannot complain, and I would even recommend you to go ahead and use them, test them for one site - just select your five keywords very carefully before ordering. What I would do is to go for one site with them, and then select those articles you want to keep, on the one hand, and remove those you prefer to remove, on the other hand.
