I know a similar post has been done before, but I thought I would add onto it a little.
If you have too many sales to remember, just include sales from the last year or so.
Please include:
1) the domain name,
2) where you sold it (ie. Sedo, Afternic, eBay, TDNAM, personal sale, GD, etc.),
3) what service you used for payment (ie paypal, escrow.com, Sedo, Afternic, etc.),
4) the quality of the service you received in respect of the price paid for the service, and
5) selling price (optional)
