I have to sell these. Financially this is a no brainer, but I am going to make it even better. You will never see me selling like this again.
Somebody can and will control an entire niche's with this deal, Traffic is huge in the winter, and you should be able to make back multiples of your money relatively quickly.

I can't make this deal any better. It is a true, no choice but to liquidate, no brainer.
