Just getting the word out that I am looking to buy parking revenue-generating portfolios.
I would like the most recent 6 months or longer in rev, click stats and can offer a nice multiple based on the quality of the names at hand.
I have deep pockets on this and wish to buy large portfolios. $500-$1M in budget per quarter.
Happy to buy single or low quantities, but must be strong earning names, say $500+/month in rev
*Please include parking stats and be prepared to prove the said stats before purchase.
