I think the valuations are generally in the right ball park but because the names are so niche and specific you might struggle to find end users in a hurry so you may have to hold them for a while. I think there is probably only end user value there too as I can't see you selling them to other domainers for those prices. .co.uk is a strong extension but the .uk extension is likely to grow in strength so bare that in mind if you don't have those too as you might want to future-proof yourself if your going to stick with them. Domainlore.uk is the main .co.uk auction site so see what names are selling for there too.

I agree with uniflexdomains. Keep an eye on domainlore for a couple of months to get a better Idea of what sells and for how much. Also join acorn domains forum, there's some good threads on outreach to potential customers.
