Are there any Registerfly reps on here??

Here is my problem: Registerfly.com does not want to part with my money!!
One 6/09/2005, after having sold a domain on their website for $200 (approx), they got their 25%, leaving me $150.. so needing the money... I regged a few domains, and asked for check for $115.00.

Now www.Registerfly.com has 24/7 customer service. I have tried a "support ticket", also their 24 hour customer service phone line (they told me I need to make out a support ticket, of course..).. and also emailed them requesting what I want.

Today is 6/15/2005. There has been no response what so ever. Nothing letting me know that anything has been done. If I look up the support ticket, it shows mt request has been "assigned". Well, to me, "assigned" doesn't mean anything is being done.... probably sitting on someone's desk who happens to be on vacation!!
I have over 300 domains at Registerfly.com, I would think I deserve better service than this. Am I wrong?? Can't we expect faster service from someone who advertises 24/7 customer service??
You opinions please.. tell me I'm right... or being a jerk!!

Hi Frank, I'd send a pm to RegFly (Paul) here at NamePros and see if he can get it sorted out for you. Hopefully you can get everything resolved shortly, best of luck. :)

I believe 24/7 should be just that, if it's not going to be then they should not advertise it. :blink:

Good to hear it worked out. registerfly is a good registrar IMO.

You can't blame things on this on the company as a whole. I know my support ticket system has the 'assigned' feature too. It means your ticket has been received and assigned to an individual agent to take care of.

Chances are, this is one bad apple in the group of support workers. Or even more likely, one rare mistake by an otherwise good employee.

I would like everyone to know that Registerfly.com's representative on Namepros, Paul, took can of my problem today. He did this instantly, and immediately.

As I said before, I have over 300 domains at Registerfly.com, and have been there over 2 years. I got frustrated with this problem a little bit, but overall I have always been happy with Registerfly.com

By the way, I have already received my money in my PayPal account.

Very True.. We should all give NamePros.com a hand. It is a useful, informative, helpful, and also 3rd party to help solve domain related problems and issues. Good point... Sabre Hosting.
